About this Speaker
I'm a Medical Herbalist, Forager, Breathwork coach, Shamanic Practitioner, and Hedge Witch. I been a health care practitioner for about 37 years with 13 of those years as a nurse and ex nursing sister. I have a passion for nature and connecting people to our native local medicinal plants and wild food that grow all around us. I have a private Herbal Medicine practice in Bolton and have for the last 6 years worked with other Herbalists running free herbal clinics for activists on the anti-fracking frontlines in the North of England. I currently run courses in my area on working with Herbal medicine and in using natural ways of supporting women through the menopausal transition.
