About this speaker
Laura established Kean Learning & Development in 2004 after working in HR and Resourcing in-house in finance, telecoms and the media. She draws on over 23 years of experience in working closely with businesses to help to engage, motivate and inspire their people and improve performance. Her areas of expertise are in assessment process design, psychometrics, management skills training and diversity. Laura is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists and the British Psychological Society.
